Fifty Studio has done some web work for Apx Alarm (disclosure?). Regardless, it’s still pretty cool to see a company send some 100 employees to the gulf coast to help hurricane victims.

The Tampa Bay Rays and the beloved Boston Red Sox are in a close race for the AL East pennant… I wonder how the Rays feel about the Red Sox. Link bait anyone? (Click on photo to enlarge).

On our way to lunch last Friday we thought we’d stop in to check out the new iPhones at The Apple Store at The Gateway here in SLC. We figured the line would have already died down since they opened at 8 AM. To our surprise we got some pictures of the following…

We ran into some friends there too. One was just getting done with his purchase (a sweet 16GB white iPhone) after being in line since 6 AM (it was 12:30 PM). Another was still in line after missing the boat at an AT&T store, and seemed to be in store for a few more hours of sitting in line.

c) Since “mothballed and “put into mothballs” refer to anything which is put into storage or whose operation is suspended, I have no comment on this in relation to this potentially happening to my brain after lunch.
